Discover Greek traditional products at “Mezé Project” Renowned chefs presented the culinary excellence and quality of Greek products by creating unique dishes and suggestions for appetizers. The live cooking shows of this year’s FOOD EXPO, “Mezé Project”, took place on all three days on the stage of Hall 1.
Diverse culinary traditions of Attica, Spata, Saronic, Ionian Islands and Italy as a start of the presentations, representatives from the Municipalities of Spata, Saronika's and Markopoulos presented the Attica Vineyard Program. The goals of this program are for one to highlight the comparative advantages of Attica, such as its fine wines.
